What your team receives
A business AI plan in your name
We compare the plans that fit how your team works, such as Claude or ChatGPT for teams or the AI included with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and set up the one you choose in your company’s name with your data kept out of model training.
A one page AI use policy
Your policy names the one account your team uses for work, what information can go into it, what never does and who to tell if something goes wrong.
Three first uses
We pick three tasks your team already does every week, such as drafting replies, summarizing long documents or preparing reports, and set each one up in your workspace.
A guide for each use
Each use has a one page guide with the steps, the information it can use and the check a person makes before the result goes anywhere.
Hands on training
Up to 15 people practice each use on their own work in a live session, with time for every question they have.
A follow up and a shortlist
You get a written follow up, a check in call once your team has used AI on real work, and a shortlist of the workflows worth building next.
How it works
- 1
Working session
In a free 30 minute session, we learn how your team works today and whether getting started with AI is the right first step.
- 2
Setup and rules
We set up your plan with whoever manages your software and write your policy with you, and each person receives a seat once they have read it.
- 3
Training
Your team runs each of the three uses on its own work in a hands on session.
- 4
Follow up
We send the written follow up with your shortlist and hold the check in call.
What we need from you
We need someone who approves the plan and the policy, the person who manages your software spending, the list of people who should have a seat, and an hour with two or three of the people who do the work, who help us choose the three uses.
Price
$2,500
Getting started with AI is a fixed fee of $2,500 for up to 15 people, and your AI plan is billed to your company directly by its provider. If you go on to a workflow map, $500 of the fee is credited to it. Workflow builds are quoted for each workflow after a workflow map.
What comes next
Your follow up names the workflows worth building, each with the software it runs through and the steps your team copies, chases or retypes today. When one is worth building, the next step is a workflow map: we draw the system, list the access it needs and give you a fixed quote. You can read how a consulting company set up its work on AI.
Questions about getting started
Which AI tool will you set up for us?
We set up the one that fits how your team already works. Teams on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace may already have AI included in their plan, and teams that want a separate assistant often choose a business plan like Claude Team or ChatGPT Business. We compare the options with you, and the account is in your company’s name from the start.
Is it safe to put client information into AI?
It depends on the account and on your rules, which is why we set both before anyone is trained. Business plans like these keep your data out of model training by default, while personal accounts leave that to each person’s settings. Your policy says which account to use, what client information can go into it and what never does.
How is this different from a workflow build?
Getting started with AI teaches your team to use an AI assistant well on everyday tasks. A workflow build connects AI to the software you already pay for, so a whole process like intake or follow up runs with your team approving each step, and your follow up shows which workflows are worth building.
How many people can join the training?
Up to 15 people join one hands on session, and larger teams can add sessions for more people.
What does it cost?
The fee is $2,500 for up to 15 people, and your company pays the AI provider directly for its seats at the provider’s published price.
