These terms cover your use of withsastre.com, which Sastre operates from Avenida La Capilla 520, San Salvador, San Salvador, El Salvador, 1101. Sastre is referred to here as we or us. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us on the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and book a working session for your company. When you book, please give your real name, a work email address you use and accurate answers, since we use them to prepare for the session.

Please do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to try to reach systems or data you have no permission to reach, or to copy its content in bulk with automated tools for republishing.

Site content is general information

The guides, articles, case studies, workflow examples and industry and platform pages on the site are general information about how Sastre works and what AI workflows can do. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your situation. The results in our case studies come from specific engagements, and what a workflow returns for your team depends on your work, your software and your data.

Software names on the site belong to their owners and appear only to describe the platforms we connect to. Their use does not mean those companies endorse Sastre or work with us.

Working sessions and client work

A working session is a conversation about one of your workflows, and booking one does not create an engagement. Workflow maps, builds and ongoing support are governed by their own written agreements signed with each client. Where such an agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls for that work.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and other content of the site, and the Sastre name, belong to Sastre or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view the site, share links to it and quote short passages with credit to Sastre. Any other use of the site’s content needs our written permission. What we build for clients is owned as their written agreements state.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not run, such as Cal.com’s booking page. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sastre is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about your use of the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. These limits apply to the site only; any engagement with Sastre is covered by its own written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, and any dispute about the site goes to the courts of San Salvador.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date. The version posted when you use the site is the one that applies.
