Some of what we set up for practices
Supply orders
Supply orders are drafted when stock runs low, for your office manager to approve.
Payer updates
Payer and regulator updates are collected from official sources each morning and summarized for your billing lead.
Vendor invoices
Vendor invoices are matched to purchase orders and coded for your bookkeeper.
Staff schedules
Staff shift swaps and schedule questions are handled from your own calendar.
Review summaries
Public online reviews are summarized for your team each week.
Staff answers
Staff questions are answered from your own policies and procedures manual.
Some of the software we connect for practices
All platformsQuestions practices ask us
Do patients talk to an AI?
Not today. Until we can sign business associate agreements, our healthcare workflows stay inside your office and away from patient conversations.
Does this work with our practice software?
In most cases, yes. We confirm what your plan allows, then connect through the official API first, scheduled reports or exports next and browser steps your team approves last.
Who approves what the workflows do?
Your office manager, until you decide a step can run on its own.
How is patient data protected?
We do not sign HIPAA business associate agreements yet, so we only build workflows that keep patient health information out of AI tools, such as supply orders, vendor invoices and staff answers from your own policies. Each workflow gets only the access it needs, your data stays out of model training and every action is logged.
What happens if a draft is wrong?
Your team edits or rejects it from the approval email, and every action stays in the action log.
Will this replace anyone on our team?
The workflows take over the copying, chasing and retyping, and your team keeps every decision and every customer relationship.
