What it does
Give the skill your owner statement and a list of open work orders, and it drafts a short, friendly update in your tone that explains the month and flags anything that needs a decision, ready for a manager to check every figure before it goes out.
What you need
- A Claude plan that includes Skills, with Skills turned on in settings
- An owner statement or financial summary
- A list of open work orders for the property
- Check your Claude data settings before you paste tenant or owner details, so your conversations are not used for model training.
How to install it
- Download the skill file from this page.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Capabilities, and make sure Code execution and file creation is turned on.
- In the Skills section, choose Upload skill and select the zip file.
- Start a new chat and attach the owner statement and the list of open work orders.
