What it does
Paste a call transcript or summary and the skill writes a note in your team’s AppFolio format, names the tenant, owner or vendor, and lists any promised follow ups with dates.
What you need
- A Claude plan that includes Skills, with Skills turned on in settings
- A call transcript or recording summary
- Your note format, if your team uses one
- Check your Claude data settings before you paste tenant or owner details, so your conversations are not used for model training.
How to install it
- Download the skill file from this page.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Capabilities, and make sure Code execution and file creation is turned on.
- In the Skills section, choose Upload skill and select the zip file.
- Start a new chat and paste a call transcript or summary.
