Yardi Breeze AI integration

Sastre connects Yardi Breeze to the rest of your tools through scheduled reports and browser automation your team approves, and uses AI to draft resident replies, maintenance requests and reports for your team to enter.

Some of what we build on Yardi Breeze

Call notes on the right record

We summarize every call on the matching tenant, owner or unit record.

Work orders from calls, email and texts

We turn calls, emails and texts into draft work orders with the details your vendors need.

Owner updates

We draft monthly owner summaries for a manager to review and send.

Follow up tracking

When someone on your team promises a callback or a visit, we turn it into a dated task.

Team dashboards

A dashboard shows open requests by manager and property, refreshed from your records as often as your plan allows.

Answers for your staff

New staff get answers from your own policies and procedures.

Yardi Breeze comes in two editions, Breeze and Breeze Premier, and neither pricing tier lists an API among its features, which shapes how we work with it. Sastre connects Breeze to the rest of your tools through the reports your team already runs and through browser steps your team approves, and AI drafts the resident replies, work orders and owner reports that your staff then review and enter.

Reporting is where Breeze gives us the most to work with. Breeze lets you customize owner report packets by owner or property and generate financial statements you can open down to the transaction, and Premier adds custom financial statements and comparisons across a portfolio. Those reports become the input for owner updates, delinquency follow up and monthly summaries, so the AI works from the same numbers your managers already trust.

For steps that have no report behind them, such as entering a work order a resident phoned in, we use a browser step your team has approved in advance. Each one runs under its own login with only the permissions that step needs, its result is checked before anything is saved, and the action log records what it did and who approved it. If Yardi adds an API to Breeze later, we move those steps onto it.

Built on those reports and approved steps, Breeze workflows can look like this:

  • Owner updates are drafted each month from the owner report packet and open work orders, and a manager approves them before they go out.

  • Maintenance requests that residents phone in become drafted work orders, entered in Breeze once a coordinator approves them.

  • Delinquency lists are read from your reports, and reminders in your tone are drafted after the grace period ends.

  • Resident questions about balances or lease dates get draft answers built from Breeze records, for staff to approve.

  • Each manager gets a Monday summary of open work orders, upcoming move outs and overdue balances.

Applicant screening and rent decisions are your staff’s alone, and nothing we build in Breeze touches them. Larger portfolios on Yardi Voyager connect differently, and that platform has its own page.

For a financial services firm, we built a connector that lets an AI assistant email a finished monthly report, with every run and delivery logged. Breeze owner packets can feed the same kind of monthly update, with a manager approving each one.

How we connect to Yardi Breeze

Each account allows different access, so we confirm yours in the workflow map and design around it.

Reports and exports

Where the API is closed or limited, scheduled reports and exports supply the data, and we queue each change for your team to enter.

Approved automation

Where neither works, we use browser automation that your team approves step by step.

Questions about Yardi Breeze and AI

Does Yardi Breeze have an API?

Yardi Breeze does not list an API among the features of either Breeze or Breeze Premier. We work from the reports your team runs and from browser steps your team approves, and if that changes, we move the workflow to the new route.

Are browser steps safe to run in our account?

Each browser step runs under its own login with only the permissions it needs, and your team approves it before it goes live. Every action it takes is logged, and you can switch it off at any time.

Can owner reports be drafted from Breeze?

Yes, the owner report packets and financial statements Breeze produces become the source for each owner’s monthly update. A manager reviews and approves every update before it is sent.

How is resident and owner data protected?

Each workflow gets only the access its steps need, and your team can revoke it at any time. Resident and owner records stay out of model training under our providers’ business terms, every browser step and draft is logged, and we delete the client data we hold 30 days after an engagement ends.

What does a Breeze project cost?

We start with a free working session of about an hour on one Breeze workflow, such as owner updates or maintenance intake. A workflow map follows, ending in a fixed quote, and its fee is credited when the build goes ahead.

Let’s tailor Yardi Breeze to the way your team works.
