Client approvals that happen in the inbox

An agency needed sign off from each client before anything went live, and approvals were getting lost in long email threads. We built an approval email with the full draft and two buttons, a shared content calendar and a morning note on anything running late.

AgencyContent approvals

Where they started

Every draft needed a client’s approval, and requests went out in long email threads where the agency lost track of what was approved or still waiting.

What we built

We built an approval layer between the agency and each client, with a shared content calendar behind it.

  • Each draft is emailed with the full content and two buttons.
  • Any approver on the client side can decide from the email.
  • A shared calendar with drafts, comments and history.
  • A morning note on anything running late.

How it runs today

The agency proposes, clients decide from their inbox and the calendar updates itself.

Approval layer

It turns every draft into an email the client can approve in one click, then updates the calendar and the record.
